Biologics department at ChemPartner Co., LTD. seek a few mass spectrometrists for scientist/senior scientist position to support monoclonal antibody characterization using liquid chromatograph -mass spectrometry (LC-MS) based technology.

Responsibilities:

1.     Conduct LC-MS performance on protein analysis, mainly focusing on monoclonal antibody characterization and protein identification.

2.     Conduct extensive sample preparation prior to LCMS analysis, including enzymatic digestion, sample cleanup, SDS PAGE, chemical labeling, etc. 

3.     Performs mass spectrometer instrumentation routine maintenance, including problem solving.

4.     Co-ordinate with project teams to streamline the sample characterization process.

Requirements:

1.     Working knowledge and expertise in LC-MS technique, extensive experience on sample preparation in proteomics field is a plus.
