◆ 主要研究内容
1)以两栖爬行动物和鸟类为研究对象,应用组学技术,探索陆生脊椎动物演化机理,从中性和适应性角度阐明物种演化理论。
2)利用宏观生态理论解析微生物群落构建、生物衰老和癌变机制。
3)运用生物标记,构建健康城市群监测。
4)陆生脊椎动物生物多样性保护。

主持国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、博士后基金、生态环境部事业费项目、地方生物多样性调查类项目、国家重点实验室开放基金和省重点实验室开放基金。参与科技部基础专项、国家自然科学重点基金和中国科学院重点部署项目。
